"We were pleased with the work that was done. It took longer than expected due to a home depot trip but we were initially pleased with service. We had them fix a running toilet (one of many things) and was told that it should stop, and that we would not need to replace toilet. The toilet kept running, and is still running. My husband made attempts to contact them and at the end of day there was no follow through on their end. We also wanted to do some other jobs that we talked to them about but because there was no follow through, that didn't happen either. Follow through is important to us so I would rank them lower, but this is about what we have experienced since moving to the Bay Area. Thus, I would say our experience was average. There is not a maybe option on using them again so I said, "yes."  I believe the quality of work is good but we are dissatisfied with the constant communication  needed on our end to conduct and complete business.

"Eitan just recently remodeled our master bathroom.. a complete rip out of old materials and created a beautiful modern paradise! Eitan was friendly and professional (and safe which is important during the pandemic) and completely responsive to our ongoing requests and communication. We had a group text going with my husband and he always got back to our questions within a few minutes! My husband had a very specific and complicated shower configuration that he wanted and eitan was able to make that happen. We had some hiccups along the way, but eitan worked with us best that he could to quickly resolve the issues and was understanding to all our special accommodations during the pandemic (I am pregnant and therefore high risk). His foreman (Jesus) was excellent...Very willing to work within timing that we preffered and was also very respectful of our accomodations. Midway through the project we also added a few minor remodels to our kids bathroom which didn't seem to add too much time to our finished timeline so that was impressive and great. We will definitely work with eitan in the future, we have several other projects in mind and we know we will be taken care of! We love our new bathroom!!!"

"Ovation Restoration just finished a complete bathroom makeover for us.  We have lived here in Cimarron for 32 years and it was time for a Master Bath upgrade.  To be honest that the project took longer than we anticipated but the work & craftsmanship exceeded expectations.  Each sub-contractor that worked on the job was an expert in their craft.  They treated it like it was their own home.  I can't say enough about the quality of the work they did for us.  The job included full demolition, new floors, new Granite counter tops, with tile back splash, a new tile shower with glass doors, new fixtures, and paint.  We talked with three contractors and chose Ovation because of their reviews, the price and the way we felt about our first meeting and interaction with Rick.  We really appreciated their input and expertise in several of the recommendations they made along the way.
