"The work done was fabulous. We had the floors refinished in a newly purchased home. Aldo was wonderful in helping us pick just the right stain color to help enhance the wood. His team was great and took extra care when working. We also had our kitchen floor replaced with hard wood. Aldo ensured the new floor was a high quality wood and match up as closely to the existing floor. The team was neat and professional every step of the way. I highly recommend Aldo and the team from Priority Wood Flooring."

"We recently had our wood floors replaced, we are very happy with the results. The team was professional, arrived on time, and explained the process clearly from start to finish. The installation was done carefully, and the new floor looks beautiful and solid. They also kept the area clean and made sure everything was finished properly before leaving. Overall, the quality of work exceeded our expectation, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for wood floors replacement."

"Well priced and well dine. We hired them to remove carpeting and refinish the beautiful wood floor that were hidden for forty years"

"Mauricio and team were fantastic! Excellent craftmanship and attention to detail. They refinished the entire first level floors, replaced all floor boards, crafted and installed crown molding and did all the paint and touch ups. Many floor companies needed to hire others to complete the carpentry, etc. 3M even worked over the holiday to get the work done ASAP! I will definitely hire again and highly recommend!"

"Cesar does great work. He is reliable, kind and responsive. He replaced my kitchen cabinet doors, he installed my new bathroom: including vanity, medicine cabinet, light fixture, tile flooring, and toilet. All came out perfect. He replaced old closet doors with new bi-fold doors, and he helped with many other details I needed. I will definitely be using him again, I am very happy with everything!"

"Very professional and got it all done in a week. Floors look brand new and they’re 95 years old! Highly recommend!"

"Mike was extremely communicative throughout the entire reno of my floors. Anytime I had a question he called me right away. His team was professional, careful with demo, and completed the project on time. I would highly recommend Mike!"

"The sales representative who came to my house was great. He was knowledgable, professional, and answered all my questions. There was less than expected communication with me during the ordering and receiving of the materials. It would have been nice to hear updates or have some contact while I waited for the materials to come in. The installers were great! Very mindful of my new floors and treated my home with respect. I ordered them food and encouraged them to take a break and drink coffee / water. I was disappointed to see sloppy trim work and the shower head leaked. However when the glass doors were installed (on a different day) that installer informed me the first shower head was broken and he had it replaced with a new one. Overall I love the new look of my bathroom. I’m still upset with the trim work because it feels sloppy and I am paying a lot for the overall project."

"I couldn't be happier with the work rioza did on my home, from the very beginning, their team was professional, respectful, and attentive to every detail. They transformed my house into a beautiful, modern space while still keeping the warmth and character I love, what impressed me the most was how quickly they completed the project without sacrificing quality !"

"We completely redid our bathroom which included changing the layout, a very complex redo of plumbing lines, new concrete bathroom floor and installation of everything new and shiny. Dave was able to turn around this scary project into a wonderfully crafted beautiful looking bathroom. He is a very super detail oriented passionate artist. The project also included demo and installation of new tiles for the passage outside the bathroom and a new sliding barn door. Unlike other contractors, we had complete freedom in selecting the materials. Dave helped us throughout this tedious process via video calls and texts. Dave also had brilliant ideas and always gave us varying cost effective options for even the tiniest details. He was very transparent and patient with us. Thanks Dave and modern home improvements for this wonderful experience."
