"My husband and I hired Emma to help us decorate our living/dining rooms and foyer - which was proving difficult as we both had very different styles and preferences. Emma was able to speak to each of us and pull in elements from us both to design a space that we both loved. She helped us set clear expectations - whether it was budget, must-haves vs. nice-to-haves, or order of importance (e.g., we had to settle on the couch first). The space now feels like both of us and we absolutely love it!"

"I hired Iconiq Construction Service for my kitchen remodel, and they did a fantastic job. The team was professional, friendly, and finished on time. I love my new modern kitchen!"

The entire process was smooth. If you're looking for an outdoor kitchen builder, I highly recommend BB BUILDERS PRO!"

"Topaz Remodeling turned our outdated kitchen into a showstopper, and Shalev was the driving force behind it. His attention to detail, scheduling skills, and friendly attitude made the whole process stress-free. He handled all the permits, managed inspections, and made sure we were looped in at every phase. The final result? A dream kitchen that looks like it came out of a luxury design catalog. Worth every penny."

"If you are looking for good quality roofing work, with no cutting corners, then this company is for you. I would definitely hire them again ?"

"Rachael is my go-to home interior designer. In the past ten years, she has turned two spec homes into nicely designed homes for us. She coordinated with the builders to work on the floor space and design. She helped us source home finishes, appliances, plumbing fixtures, and lighting. Additionally, Rachael completed the design work with a furniture package, artwork, accessories and decor. She stayed within our budget, was timely, communicated well, and, most importantly, worked with our personal preferences to ensure that our homes became our dream homes."

"I am very pleased with Renovate Construction. The original project was to completely redo one bathroom (replace existing fixtures in the same place) and add a shower to a very small half bath. During the project we discovered a few additional things that needed to be fixed (a gap in siding on the outside of our half bath was causing a leak, a leaky window in the basement meant that we needed to redo the drywall downstairs, and I asked to replace carpet on the upstairs with hardwood plus repaint the stairwell), and they were helpful and reactive to each new project. Everyone, whether the Renovate Construction crew or a subcontractor who worked on the project, was very good at their job. There were a few small mistakes, and they were fixed with no issue. Additionally, every person that I interacted with was professional, but more than that, they were nice to be around! That is so important when a crew is working in and around your home for weeks on end. Our project ended up being bigger than I had initially planned, for the reasons above, but the team stayed on time, on budget and in good contact with me throughout the process. I am pretty picky about fixtures and things, and they worked with me when I wanted some very specific tile, a customized sink, asked them to install vintage or Ikea elements, etc. We were having separate electrical work done at the same time, and they did a great job of coordinating with them as well. I loved their ideas and their work; I would definitely work with Renovate Construction on another project. I'm already dreaming of what my new kitchen will look like."

"Tanya helps put all the design puzzle pieces together. As a contractor I have benefited greatly working with Nazariya Design and consulting greatly over the years. She helps get clients vision put together for us so we can execute the project. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a professional designer that has great tast!"

"It was not an easy problem, but he did a very good job and he was very nice to work with."

"The group performed a good job updating our old bathroom. They gave sensible design advice and took care to avoid plumbing issues. Coordination should be improved and there were a couple material delays. Overall, the makeover was respectable but the communication was mediocre."
