Alan Ward talked to me on phone prior and by the time he got here, almost same day, he had it figured out. Fixed. We still have more work to be done. We WILL only use Alan for anything electrical we need. We are just so happy. He is extremely knowledgeable. He took time to show my grandson and I several different things. "It went well-Ended up good. Had a bit of miscommunication with the installer resulting in a perfectly functional but asthetically disasterous install. Called the sales person back and he was gracious, polite & said he would discuss it internally and get back to us. A crew came back and redid the install. All is well-in the nick of time for summer! "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

I don't have to pay anything. If my refrigerator goes bye bye they will replace it for free. They are very professional. We have had them for year. They also came here for my stove because something when wrong with the door, the oven door. I have a commercial oven and he door just won't shut so something when wrong with it, and they fixed it.
