"Excellent quality work. Workers skilled in proper flashings, wraps, and materials for protecting buildings in the brutal Outer Banks weather environment. They take great care to get everything right while taking care to avoid damaging adjacent areas not involved in repair. They fixed rot around 7 large east facing windows; removing and reinstalling them, installing new and proper wrapping around them and flashing over top of the upper ones. Finally new trim around them replacing rotted trim and new Hardee siding and painting all to match. Excellent job. I'd recommend them highly. They prefer to work by the hour rather than fixed price and that makes great sense when the extent of damage to structures is unknown until outer layers are removed. They work very efficiently with good work crew and proper management that is attentive to working fast and thoroughly. The work site is neat and doesn't detract from adjacent beach properties. All in All I give them an A+! We'll be using them again."

She supported the scheduling of my project, and Dream Decks started and completed the job when they said that they would. Dream Decks sent three technicians to install the fence. All three were very professional, polite, and most importantly, cared about the quality of their workmanship. Jason, who was one of the three, was the Foreman for the job. He is a hard worker, very professional, and is a very skilled professional with a terrific customer oriented attitude. Tony and Darren were the other two professionals who installed the fence. They too were hard working and very professional, and they sincerely cared about the product that they were delivering to me. Not only does my new fence look awesome, but they cleaned up after their work from the first day, and completely cleaned up after the second day too. They raked the ground and re-established the landscaping around the area that they were working in to install my fence. I really appreciated the caring attitude that Jason, Tony, and Darren had for their quality of their work. I hope that they can be recognized accordingly. Without a doubt, I would utilize Dream Decks again, and based on their workmanship, caring, and customer oriented focus, I would utilize them for other projects around my house too.
