"Lifestyle Pavers rocks! They tore out our 35 year old cedar deck and stairs and installed our beautiful new paver patio nearly 3 years ago. Martin and his crew are some of the hardest working people I've ever met, and they do very high quality work, too! Now almost three years later, we had a little settlment in one paver near edge, near the remains of a huge stump that was under the property line and fence so it could not be entirely removed when we built the patio. I contacted Michael and he came over with Martin and Martin quickly determend the cause. We could see where the sand and water were going. Martin went about adding sand and tamping and putting concrete into the hole in vastly improving support for the pavers which he then reinstalled. The patio is once again, perfect! "Sta-Built Construction can do it all! We wanted to make our back yard more livable with a solid foundation for a hot tub and gazebo. We were hoping to make better use of wasted space below our dining room window where nothing but weeds grew well. Brian was the estimator who sketched out a design that not only created a lovely outdoor space, but also incorporated the existing foundation wall into a new retaining wall. The plan also included a paver patio, seat wall, fire pit, and lights. The crew was friendly, polite and hardworking, even in the midst of a record breaking heat wave. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. We were kept apprised of the scheduling date through the Sta-Built App, which we found helpful for tracking the project stages and making payments. "Stone and gravel patio well constructed including retaining wall. Paver patio well constructed. Per customer request after contractor declared job finished, pavers joints were sealed with polymeric sand. Also customer had to request finishing transitions between retaining wall and pavers. In summary, contractor is excellent in construction techniques but needed some prompting to make clean, finishing touches. Good communication with customer. Completed job and is responsive to customer requests. Customer is very satisfied with end result."
