"Keenen is amazing! He replaced a variety of floor surfaces with vinyl plank throughout our newly purchased home and replaced the tile floor in the bathroom with Marmoleum. The results are stunning and transformed the house! He had to deal with layers of old vinyl, old carpet, and stairs with an uneven cement surface. He demonstrated his expertise with his solutions for each problematic area. The house was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. He fit the job in between other previously scheduled jobs so we wouldn’t have to wait long to move in, and completed the project in a timely manner. His initial estimate was close to the final cost and he explained in detail all extra costs. The final cost was very reasonable. In addition to his expertise, Keenen communicates clearly and consistently and is extremely personable. The overall experience was painless and we’re very pleased with the outcome!"

"Otto installed over 1500 square feet of Wisconsin Red Oak in our home. It was such a professional and incredible job. Additionally, Otto had to color match a section that connected to the previous wood floors, and he did this to perfection. Did a fantastic job, showed up on time and finished when they said they would. I have referred Otto to several clients and they have always thanked me profusely. Can’t recommend highly enough!"

"Vasiliy’s crew did an exceptional job. Floors looked like new when job was completed."

"Very pleased with the professional and friendly service received. Eric, the owner, was professional and easy to work with. I appreciated his help with narrowing the flooring choices to what product would be best for what I needed, ie, stand up to heavy traffic in the entryway as well as being waterproof for the baths and kitchen. He also promptly provided all the documentation required by my HOA for approval of what I wanted done. I kept changing my mind about which direction to lay the flooring, so when it was delivered, Eric helped lay out a box of the flooring so I could get a better idea of how it would look overall, very nice. Dan, the installer was also professional and did a great job. I particularly liked the job done cutting the bottom of the door frames to slip the flooring underneath. Looks like it was just meant to be that way. Since the name of his showroom is Floors and More, I asked if he did counter tops too. He worked with Andrew Shubin at Pro Granite to order the quartz for the kitchen and find remnants for the baths which helped keep the cost down. Very pleased all the way around. I plan to have him install carpet in the near future and possibly replace the tile around the fireplace."

"Came to our home and help us choose flooring that suited our needs. They were professional and on time. Delivering everything they promised. Will definitely hire them again when we redo other parts of our home."

"Olympus Flooring was wonderful! From estimate to completion everybody was great, they were prompt, punctual and professional, I would not hesitate to call them again if needed!"

"Fast quality work with an affordable price!! Floored my 150 sqft room with LVP within 4 hours INCLUDING the time of taking the old carpet off. Honestly so impressed!! Wishing these guys the best and highly recommend!"

"We were thrilled with the job that Lenny Culp and his team did for us in replacing our carpet and installing luxury vinyl flooring. I got estimates from three places for the job, and not only was TCB Carpets the best price, they were also by far the best in terms of customer service. They gave us excellent guidance on product selection, and they got the job done quickly both in terms of scheduling as well as completion. The area that they worked on was challenging, with a lot of angles and two curved flights of stairs, and the end result looks fantastic. They were even able to salvage the tiles from the floor for us, which I thought was an impossible ask! Much gratitude."

"I know Empire hires many sub-contractors to complete the contract in the 1 day policy . I hired them for a Naghbor that is bed ridden. They tried to talk her into canceling the contract, stating that the flooring was inferior for her Needs. Too cheap, thin & flimsy. She has 2 grown children that are lazy. Their dog is the reason needing new flooring. I personally did 90% of the demo & rehab the sub- flooring just for that reason. The installers just needed to do 1 room. I suspected they didn't want to handle the removal of carpet/padding.The dog was not a factor in that area. They did the job & she is happy with it. I'm not happy w/their work ethic & customer service. Don' lie to get out of a job, suck it up or just quit."

"Alex and his team did a fabulous job removing my old bamboo floor and moldings and installing new laminate and moldings. They got the entire job (approximately 500 sf) done in two days. And Alex built a new fireplace surround for me as well. I'm very pleased with the whole experience and highly recommend."
