Get matched with top metal siding: repairer or partially replacers in Mukilteo, WA

"For some reason, a flicker decided to claim the house for its own and started pecking holes in the siding. I called SidePro to come out and take a look. The technician checked it out and the scheduler set up an appointment to do the repair. The technician removed the damaged section of siding and replaced it with a new piece. The fit is perfect and the dimensions of the replacement piece matched perfectly with the original siding. He painted the repaired section and now you can't see where the repair was done. Perfect job. This repair was done quickly and everything cleaned up. Very courteous."

"We hire DB Renovations for a few things and we are very happy with the whole experience and their work. Our job required repairs to our siding and facia boards that had some water damage, as well as painting our whole home. They also recommended and coordinated with an outside gutter company to replace all of our gutters. The communication from start to finish was excellent and it was very comforting to know that our home was in knowledgable and professional hands. I also greatly appreciate that they finished the job within the time frame originally quoted."

"I could not be happier with Mike and his team at Perdue. Mike and Miguel went above and beyond for us with our siding project. They were flexible when we decided we also wanted to replace the doors on our house. Mike helped order the doors and even painted them for us. He helped counsel us on materials and design for our siding project. His siding team did a fantastic job. Our house looks amazing. They were respectful, detail oriented, and always took time to do things the right way. Any request was met with a positive, can-do attitude and completed promptly. Perdue was not the lowest quote we received for the work, but they are worth every penny for their workmanship and customer service. It saves money in the long run to have things done right the first time! Their work product and integrity is unmatched."

"Alex and his team did an excellent job repairing our siding. They found and fixed hidden rot, replaced damaged areas, and made sure everything was properly sealed and protected. Communication was clear throughout the process, pricing was fair, and the quality of work was top-notch. The house looks great again. Highly recommend them for siding and rot repair."

"I found Rain City Exteriors through James Hardie website and requested an estimate. We wanted to re-sheet the house, replace our sidings with new fiber cement sidings, have the siding painted, and install new gutters, a new front door and few windows. Their price was affordable, beating major competitors like Home Depot and Lowes. We decided to go with them since they had top rated reviews, were a local company (from Kirkland, Wa) and they had their own crews (with clean back ground checks). Make it short, they started the project right on time, and finished it on time on budget. Not only they did not cut corners, they did extra work for us like replacing the rotten fascia. Everyone that we worked with or talked to was very polite and professional, including Jose (owner), Guillermo (sales person) and the crew. I very happy with the project outcome, thanks to Rain City Exteriors…"

"Blake and his team did a great job. Very thorough and came back for touch ups. Repaired my deck and gave it years of new life!"

"Rafeal and his crew did amazing work. The previous owner of our home did an add on and cut corners. We knew the siding work was bad and that it needed to be replaced. When Golden Quality Builds started work, Rafeal was very informative on what the siding removal revealed. He was ready with suggestions and showed us exactly what needed to be repaired before moving forward. The evening that we were informed of each new singing we had an estimate ready. It only took an additional week from what we expected which was REALLY fast since there were two sizable discoveries after work began. The entire process was smooth and despite the additional repairs, we are not stressed as Rafeal established trust with his communication, great craftsmanship, immediate solutions and friendly attitude. The finished work is golden quality. We will definately be using them for future home improvements. Great work and amazing pricing!"

"I believe North Star Roofing and Construction changed ownership sometime in the last few years or there are two companies with the same name, or something else is going on. I Googled Russ Oja who I always dealt with and found him on Linked In as the former owner. I looked on the Land I site
https://secure.lni.wa.gov/verify/Detail.aspx?UBI=602086881and LIC=NORTHSR994KUand SAW=
and found that Russ' license lapsed on 6/10/2012. So the North Star Roofing and Construction company that I dealt with is no more. Furthermore I see no North Star Roofing in Seattle listed on the Land I site.
I am writing this because Angie's List asked for a review. I'm not sure what I clicked or wrote that made them aware of my prior use of North Star. The North Star I used was addressed on Mukilteo Speedway in Lynwood. The North Star that Angie's List has prompted me to review is at 815 1st Ave in Seattle.
