"We hired this company for roof shingle replacements after a wind storm. He responded quickly, got the shingles replaced for us and continued to work in the dark until the job was done. However, I only give 3 stars because we spoke to them about obtaining a W-9 from the company for tax purposes being that the property that was repaired is a rental property. They agreed to provide the form but never did. This was the first time we have dealt with a company that didn't want to provide a W-9. Disappointed and I do not recommend."

"Infinity Exteriors did an excellent job replacing my roof. They did the following: Tore down two courses of asphalt shingles Removed an obsolete metal chimney used for furnace. Replaced with roof decking Replaced bathroom vent and piping Added ice shield to prevent ice damns Replaces damaged rotted plywood reshingled with Certantee 50 rated shingles Infinity was incredibly fast and accurate with their services. The kept work side clean and tarped roof when rain came. Total job took about 8 hours over 2 days. Very fast and efficient. Would recommend"

He brought a large enough crew to complete all the work in one day. Very professional everyone involved with our project. He helped me navigate the roof process and never once seemed annoyed or pushy when it came to signing the contract or on what I should install. Instead of bashing competitors like so many others do he kept it straight to the facts of what HE would be doing. All around great guy and I will be recommending him to everyone I possibly can that needs any work done. He went out of his way to help me submit my original roof for warranty because of defective shingles. The one guy who went on that roof and let me know what I had and that I should submit a claim, right there is shows me he actually cared. 100% RECOMMEND!"

"After the hailstorm in early June in southern Wisconsin the storm chasers were out in full force. I did not want to go with any of them so I did my own research and found Elite Exteriors and am very glad I did! Ryan came out within days to give me a very fair estimate for a new roof (with extended warranty since they are a GAF certified installer), James Hardie siding, and downspouts. After looking over the damage he said he would have an estimate to me in a few days and on the third day I received a very detailed estimate (at this time I had been waiting for other estimates from a couple other contractors for a couple weeks). Ryan was amazing to work with - he gave recommendations for colors, sent us addresses so we could look at those colors on houses he had done, and was extremely responsive. If I ever had questions or concerns, Ryan got back to me the same night or the next day at the latest. This continued through the whole process. His employees were great as well. Karl was responsive with roofing questions/concerns (anything I had questioned, no matter how small, he made it right), Jeremy with the siding and Manuel, who did all of the siding, was amazing. Our house got a complete make-over with quality materials and my wife and I are extremely happy with all of the work (we have gotten many compliments from neighbors too). I highly recommend this company as my family's experience with them could not have been better."
