"Phone calls were promptly returned and Cynthia made the experience easy, breezy.  The installer, Jose, came at exactly the scheduled time on install day.  He was very professional, friendly, polite and he explained everything he was going to do, including me in decision making and preferences.  After he left, on closer inspection I noticed some chips in the powder coat on some poles and metal frame.  I made a call and Jose returned to retouch the chips with paint.  We are very happy with the results of the install and are pleased with the way the entire process was handled.  An added note:  All the grandchildren (3 1/2 yr. old, 1 yr. old, almost 3 yr. old, almost 2 yr. old and a 9 yr. old) put the fence to its test on Mother's Day and it was great not to have to worry about them getting near the pool until an adult was ready to be there with them.  Pool Guard did a great job.  Thanks Jose:) <br />"
