Any other roof estimates I got I had to scan a code or ask multiple times for license, insurance, references ect. not with John Scott roofing didn’t get the words out and Mr Scott is handing me copies of everything. The workers were neat personable they cleaned their messes up each day. If I could do more than recommend them I would do that n give a 6th star. Without asking at payment time I got copies of release of lien for material and entire job, that just puts ya at ease. "My over the street neighbor replaced his roof with a cool looking copper tinted metal roof -several years ago. At that time I was very impressed with the team performing the work and the end result. It looked great and still looks great. I wrote down the company's name "Covenant" just in case. Then, when it was time to talk about my roof needing replacement I had a colleague at work bragging about Covenant: he was very happy how Covenant put a metal roof on his house and even showed me pictures. So, I contacted Kevin Showley (Covenant's Sales Representative) who came to the house after my work hours, inspected the roof and gave me a fair price. He showed me the materials used and explained how the whole process would work. He also helped me right away with the financing part of the whole project. That same night I signed the contract and within a few days the permit was attached to one of the windows of the house. Within 2-3 weeks the materials were delivered on the driveway ! A trailer was placed on the driveway as agreed upon on Saturday. Monday at 8 sharp a team of 11 people started on the roof and put a beautiful copper look metal roof on my house within 2 days. I called the company afterwards 2 times for some minor aftercare, and each time they responded within one day ! No kidding: they stand behind their logo: they exactly delivered what they promised to do. It all went so smooth that I can barely believe it is done ! And with a 15 year warranty I feel that ' I am covered '."

"Our roof leaked where the screen room attached. Paul Gier returned my call and came to my home and gave me an estimate the same day. Their repair estimate was reasonable (other contractors insisted on replacing roof on screen room or house). We hired them and the crew showed up in a few days and repaired the roof. It rained hard since then and no more leaks! When it is time to replace our roof we will be calling Gier Roofing to do the job. We will also be hiring them to install gutter on the screen room as they are only ones who provided a viable solution."

"There customer service is excellent! Very responsive when you call with a question or problem. They also adjust the price as the work is being done, in my case both ways. I'll explain. I needed a roof repair after a tree fell on my home, they gave me a quote (same day!) and it was differently a fair one. The roof decking went well over the original amount quoted which to me was expected and price went up. Then they over estimated the amount of soffit needed so the subtracted that from the now new price. At the end of the day the cost went up approximately $35 for an extra 80 linear feet of roof decking! Extremely honest and fair! HIGHLY recommend Trust Roofing!"

"The whole experience was good. The warranty is exceptional The customer service was nice and the guys that actually installed the roof were hard workers. There are only two issues I had. One, the initial consultation lasted 7 hours. Between discussions about the roof to the actual roof inspection. Second. The Forman on the job barely spoke English. There was a gap that had to be overcame for understanding my questions I had. Towards the end, he offered to call someone to translate but that, I felt, was too little to late. But like I stated earlier, the group as a whole worked very hard and the roof looks great."

They reapplied the popcorn over the repaired sections. It looks as good as new. I couldn't be happier. They did a fantastic job and were friendly and professional.
