"We needed to have 3 posts replaced that supported a very large patio cover. One of the posts supported a peak that was 16 feet high. Due to the way the roof was constructed, we were concerned about how the posts would be removed so that the roof would not shift laterally. Since we were putting the house up for sale and were relocating out of the area, we also were on a somewhat tight timeline - about a month. We had been trying to reach several contractors. Until Timbers, we had unreturned phone calls, contractors that said it was either too hard or the project was not big enough. Or they said they couldn't get the project done according to our timeline. One provided a quote that was enormously inflated. We had another quote, but they were unspecific on how they would address the structural issues. Plus, they did everything by email. No direct interaction. Timbers called us from HomeAdvisor. We reviewed the project over the phone and I sent photos. Then I got a call from Marcos to set up a site visit. He showed up on schedule, reviewed how he would approach the project and gave me a reasonable quote for the project. His price was not the lowest, but was specific on how he would approach the problem. Plus he could do it within our timeline. The crew showed up on the morning scheduled. To our surprise, the work was done in a day. These guys clearly knew exactly what to do. Good as new and on time. Thanks Timbers."
