"We purchased a 5700 SF home in May 2014 and the interior needed to be painted TOP to BOTTOM. I got several estimates and A-Team was slightly less, but still a competitive price, so I decided to go with Josh and Travis. I have no regrets?they came in everyday (even on Sunday) they said they would and worked very hard until the job was done and they called if they were running late. I appreciated the fact that they constructed plastic barriers when needed to control fumes and keep sanding dust confined and if I needed to make a change they were very accommodating. My husband was floating out the garage walls and ceiling and A-Team gave him helpful advice and even loaned him their scaffolding.

They painted:

Painted 100% of the ceilings
Painted 75% of the walls
Painted 40% of the trim, crown molding, and doors
Prime, sanded, and painted cabinets in 3 bathrooms and the wet bar
Painted four car garage ceiling and walls

We could not be more pleased with the work that A-Team did; it's been a year now since the work has been completed and everything still looks as good as it did a year ago!"

FAQs for concrete floor coating apply projects in Mullan, ID

Epoxy flooring is a two-part coating made from synthetic resins and a hardener that bonds to concrete to create a continuous, durable surface. Once cured, the coating resists impacts, moisture, and most household chemicals, making it a practical choice for garages, basements, and workshops. It also creates a uniform, easy-to-clean finish that looks more polished than bare concrete without requiring ongoing waxes or sealers.

With proper care and maintenance, solvent-based and solid residential epoxy flooring can last 10 to 20 years, while water-based epoxy flooring lasts three to five years. Water-based epoxy is less durable, making it more susceptible to regular wear and tear. Commercial epoxy concrete flooring that experiences heavy foot traffic may only last two to three years.

Maintaining epoxy garage floors is relatively easy. You can sweep up dirt and debris with a broom, dustpan, or vacuum cleaner, then use a mild cleaning solution intended for epoxy floors to scrub away stains. Avoid using soap-based or chemical cleaners. Mopping an epoxy garage floor regularly with warm water can do the trick.
