Took them only one day to rip off the roof, cut out three bad spots and replace with new plywood. Then re-shingle the roof and re-side one wall. It looks great and best of all no leaks. "Amazingly well! I would recommend this fine firm because of the professional character of the boss and his gentle and pleasant and quiet, and considerate, craftsmen.. Luis came out to review with me what I was hoping to have repaired, sent me a detailed estimate of what he would do, and then answered by email and series of exchanges we had to confirm for me that they could work around my time of day, and duration needs. He exceeded my tough expectations and gave me more than I had bargained for. The job was done beautifully. He found fault with some of the work one of his men did (that I had not noticed), and insisted it be redone immediately. His staff behaved as though they understood that it is stressful to have a crew in the house for several days. They arrived the time it was agreed upon, and left each day, just as promised, by 4 or 5, as the day's schedule had prearranged. the job was completed on schedule, within budget, and was done well. What a prince we have in this man."

"After meeting with a number of other contractors for our project, we decided to hire MD Construction. We hired MD Construction to replace the failing retaining wall in our driveway as well as installing steps to a paved pathway that leads to our yard. We met with Miguel (the owner of the MD Construction) and he is very knowledgeable with the process and materials involved. They gave us a great price and provided us with a copy of their insurance and NJ contractor’s license. When they started the work, we had very bad rainstorms the entire week, which made their job even harder. However, they were diligent and professional throughout the process and completed the project on time and within budget. The wall looks great and is an appealing improvement to the home. We will be using them again to replace our patio in our backyard."
