Nolan Beery came down to Indianapolis to see the piers first hand - and covered them with their lifetime warranty. I was not the original owner that added the piers... they found the receipt that they did do the work many years ago for a previous owner of my home. "We were extremely pleased with them.  The estimate was very upfront - John quoted the price for the chimney replacement and additional costs we might incur depending on what they found inside.  All very reasonable.  When we got the estimate they said they would be out within two weeks, but it might be sooner if they had time at the end of another job (since ours would be a quick job).  We indicated that would be fine.  A few days later John called in the afternoon and asked if it would be okay to come out that day, and they arrived about an hour later.  We selected the brick right then and were very pleased with the selection.  They found the best access point to the roof that woudn't damage our flower gardens, and put carpetting on the roof to protect the shingles.  They had the old one torn down and the new one up very quickly.  They also checked the chimney for condensation (found none) and checked the chimney in the basement for other evidence of leakage or condensation (found none).   We were very pleased to see them use the extra mortar left over from the chimney to patch cracks between the foundation blocks of our front porch (they did this on their own, we didn't have to ask them to do it).  Their workers were polite and professional, and they tore down and put up the new chimney in less than 2 hours.  I paid them the same day (the price was exactly as quoted), even though they told me they needed to let the mortar set up until the next day before they could attach the flashing around the chimney.  They returned the next day at 9 AM and finished the job.  We were very impressed.  We found them on Angie's List and called them based on their other good recommendations."

"The demo crew arrived on time and removed the existing driveway. The next day the forms team came out and installed the forms and got them approved. We were rained out the next day but on the fourth day the concrete was poured. On Friday the forms team was back to remove the forms and replace dirt around the new driveway. Very pleased."
