"Expensive $11.5K to put in a shower in place of a tub, done in one day. Asked for brushed nickel, but got chrome everything. Asked for 2 shelves but just got 1 which they say is standard. They came back next day with 2nd shelf insisting I did not order. I do not know how a family can get by with 1 little shelf for shampoos and soaps, or why one would be standard. They left wall unfinished and floor untrimmed. Minimal retrofit. It works. Plastic and chrome, but works for now. My other retrofit tub with 6 shelves cost $1750 installed labor + materials, 1/10th the price."

"Clint and Mark did an excellent job! My old tub (1946) previously had a "DIY" finish that was applied years ago on both tub and tile surround and the finish was peeling and worn. They worked extremely hard and rigorously to strip the old finish and restore to the original on both, with new grout too. Clint delivered on precisely what he stated on the original call, and on time for start date and finish date. The "clean up" they did....it was if they were never in the bathroom in the first place!
