So drove out picked up part this place was amazing they seemed to have everything! will be going back. "My 8 year old LG refrigerator stopped cooling. I performed all the YouTube suggested solutions. No go. I called Fox Appliance (because they have a 5 star Angi rating), on a Sunday, to leave a “please call back” message. Mr. Serhii ANSWERED MY CALL ON A SUNDAY! He patiently walked through a phone diagnosis with me. Then he suggested that I call LG service directly because my fridge compressor has an extended (10 year) replacement warranty that I was not aware of (LG only provides 1 year labor and parts warranty in the user manual). He did NOT charge for my call. I called LG. The compressor part which would have cost more than $1,000 was indeed covered by an extended warranty due to a class action law suit against LG for selling a known defective part. My LG refrigerator was successfully repaired by an LG certified repairman for the cost of labor only. ALL THANKS TO THE HONESTY AND INTEGRITY of Mr. Serhii of Fox Applicance service. If I could give them a 6 star rating, I would definitely do so."

"Great. We got bids from three companies and looked at multiple brands. Salesman Joey Turnbloom offered us what we felt was the best choice for us, an American Standard Silver 14 series 2.5 ton heat pump including ten years warranty on parts and labor and a wifi capable thermostat. He showed us and we later verified as we evaluated brands, that American Standard was rated number one in 2016 by Consumer Reports. We saw him Wednesday afternoon 27 June and made our decision that evening and contacted Joey. We would buy if installation could happen Friday 29 June. He got a commitment for install and the installers showed up early the morning of 29 June as promised. Installers Damien and Willy showed up early and worked hard all daily removing the old system and fitting in the new and tying it into a Bryant Electronic Air Purifier. Damien and Willy were friendly, knowledgeable and professional and finished late in the day after answering all our questions and showing us how the Honeywell wifi thermostat worked on an App we installed on our iphone. You have to have home internet service which we do and a smart phone/tablet or computer to operate the thermostat remotely. The thermostat works manually if you don't have internet service and router. The team cleaned up after the job was done after working quietly and efficiently the whole day. Great service!"
