"Ralph was great to work with! We needed a stucco/EFIS repair done on our home. He came out and gave us a free quote. He gave us multiple options about what we could do and pointed out a couple of spots we had not noticed, which was really helpful. He was very knowledgeable and informative. When we agreed to move forward, he let us know when our project would be on the calendar. The date moved a little due to weather, but it was totally understandable and he communicated with us about it. Edin ran the project on-site. He communicated with me the night before that he would be there and then the next morning when he was on his way. We discussed the work and walked around the house prior to starting so that we could make sure we were on the same page. He had two other guys working with him. They were awesome! They showed up daily by 9a.m., they let me know when they were taking lunch so I could let my dogs out. He made sure that when they left for lunch and or at the end of the day always closed our gate, which was is so important when you have dogs. Their work was incredible. The stucco looks fantastic. The color match was great. When the project was near completion, Edin walked around with me to make sure that I was satisfied with the work. When it was over, they cleaned up and even put my patio furniture back in place. I could not be happier with the work that they did. I really appreciated the clean up as I recently had an experience with another contractor that did a good job, but did not clean up. This team did not leave the extra work for me to do and I was grateful! I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again."

"We had the Geek Squad out 3 times to repair our dishwasher. It was worse after each visit. The 4th time I called them to try and get it done again they said that our warranty had ran out. But 5hat if we wanted to pay them they would come back out. Yeah rite! So we were blessed to be in contact with Bergen Co, LLC. It took him an hour to assess the situation and fix it. We plan to have them back out to do some more work for us."

"Excellent from sale to install. This team made our choice easy, it just felt right. No pressure sales, but they talked to us, not at us and explained things very clearly. We are so pleased with our windows. I know the install was probably more difficult because we own an older home, but they did a great job. They also suggested wrapping windows we’d previously replaced so things would look the same and we’re so glad we did it, made our house look so good. "It took THI a year to complete the project. Biggest problem with this company is lack of communication across the entire company, including Steve, the owner. We were to have windows installed in July 2021 but nobody came to install or told us they were not coming. This went on throughout 2021 with scheduled appointments and then several excuses for why they were not coming. We didn't know they were not coming until we called and asked them. Finally in October 2021 2 installers came to put in windows. Ted, the installer started talking how he could "build up the bottom of the window" and we asked why he needed to do that. 1 window was 3" shorter than the old window and the other 5 windows were 4" shorter than our old windows. We refused the windows and sent them back with Ted. Nobody bothered to call us about that. Finally, we get an install date for May 1. Again, no show, no call. At last, Ted showed up on June 13 and had windows installed and wrapped by Friday. We were on vacation the following week. On Monday, June 27 I texted Ted to see when he would be back to finish trim and staining on inside. He "wasn't sure". On Friday, July 1 I emailed THI explaining that my husband starts chemo on July 7 and it would be great to have this project behind us. Ted came on Saturday July 2. A walkthrough was scheduled for 2 on July 5. When Quinn didn't show up or call by 3 I called him. He has covid and thought his office would call and reschedule appt. On Wed. AM Corey came, took pictures, left some THI stuff and picked up the check. We have never had so many problems with a company communicating with us. These people can't be trusted to follow through on much of anything. It's terrible I had to play the "cancer card" to get a response."

"We had ABC install 13 high-end windows, an exterior door and an exterior set of french doors back in June. We chose them based on reviews and price. It was hands down, the best experience I could have hoped for! Everything was done in one day. They showed up around 8am and were cleaned up and gone by about 430pm. They cleaned up all the mess and even fished out some wrapping and debris that had fell into the pool from the high winds that day. The crew that did the installation was very polite, courteous and professional. I no longer have condensation on the inside of my windows and our cooling bill even went down about $150/mo from last year! And so far, I have only had to keep my heat on 63-65 degrees. The new windows and doors are working great! I would highly recommend them! We will be using them when it is time to replace our roof and gutters as well! They also installed our siding back in September of 2016! The transformation was amazing!"
