"Jonathan did me real solids today. Despite the fact that they were here to clean up bascially messes left by the installers on my HVAC on both AC and furnace, he AGAN went ABOVE and BEYOND when he noticed I was doing my own plumbing project. We had hot water seeping out with our water main shut off on a fixture exchange, and he pointed out we can drain the hot water heater partially to stop this. The last plumber didn't eve care to share this, or even do it. I will not go ANY OTHER PLACE than Service Professor for my plumbing, HVAC and electrical needs. PERIOD. No one else compares!"

"A++ Clog-Busters!! We called in the early morning and they were out to our house within a couple of hours. We will definately recommend this company to friends and family! Chris V., the plumber, who was professional and knowledgeable, came to our house and within an hour he had diagnosed, and de-clogged the main drain, and re-set the toilet. He also left our house clean of the debris pulled from the drain. Thank-you!"

"Randy and Mary were super helpful, efficient, considerate. Clearly competent and no-nonsense, friendly. A delight to have them in our home. They the removed blocked-up toilet, cleared the blocked line, and had a toilet back in and working in a half an hour. Very reasonable price too. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues, light electrical, and construction too!"

"I use Eric whenever our apartment complex needs a drain snaked that is too deep/big for my maintenance techs to battle. Eric always answers the phone (and he texts, which is great), he's friendly and polite, and he does a great job. "I'm not sure this is the correct place for this review - we did use Benjamin Franklin plumbing, but it was their Howell, MI location. We had an issue with our sump pump and it was right before the major rain/ice storm (of course, Murphy's Law). Benjamin Franklin sent out a plumber the next day, and we were very thankful for this. The plumber that assessed our sump pump issue, Kevin, was very professional and very competent. The only thing is, Benjamin Franklin's pricing is indeed high. With this said, we'll definitely be calling and requesting Kevin for future plumbing issues."
