"Hired Ken repair water damage in our half bath. Ken discovered greater damage than expected. After consolation we asked him to proceed on an open ended time and material basis. After alot more material and labor the job was done. Ken explained what had been done and we agreed on a contract amount which I believe we were both happy with. Ken's work was outstanding, doing things that only an experienced professional would know to do and even anticipating future problems and their solutions.
