He was 2 hours late for the appointment, and when he finally arrived, he left two improperly installed locks unfinished. I requested a follow-up appointment to fix his mistakes, but David?s response was shockingly unprofessional. He told me he would come ?whenever he wants? and even called me stupid. I paid $1,000 for this insulting, unprofessional, and incomplete service. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. Understand that I really like the people I just found that he had cut the 1/4 round incorrectly and had changed the plans for the utility room without consulting me. I don't like her space planning at all. I'm better at it than she. there were so many things done that it is hard to rate because most were quite good. It is just that some were terrible and none were great."
