"I called and left a message at 7:23am. Stacey called me back at 7:25am! I told him what my system was doing and he immediately explained the likely causes. "Scott was able to come out quickly and diagnose the issue I had with my old heat pump. He gave me options to repair or replace. Considering the age of my heat pump was far beyond its expected lifespan, I went ahead and asked him to replace it. He got the parts ordered right away and I had a new unit within a few days. The new system is working great and I was happy with Scott's professionalism, communication and cleanliness. Highly recommended."

"My electric furnace failed and I found some issues and repaired it and the system stayed dead. I was over my head and couldn't find the breaker at any store. Travis did a quick diag and had a breaker in his truck and threw it on and just like that it's working again. On a Sunday night a few days from Christmas he knew how important the heater was in a mobile home and didn't hesitate to assist. Best service I ever had and when I have issues again I'll go straight to Travis. You will not go wrong with hiring him."

"Shane was really great! He walked me through potential causes for the dishwasher to not work properly; parts needed to repair, and time and cost. He picked up the parts from a distributor and installed them. The total service time was around 2.5 hours. My wife and I are ecstatic the DW is fixed, because we did not want to buy a new one. I will definitely use HB again; and in fact, I have purchased a Home Protection Plan with them."
