"Called one Angie’s List vendor who did not return my call. Called Seth Driggs who was working on a job, but said he’d see me in an hour or so. He showed up on time, and gave me estimates of what the low or high should be to get our drain working again. The drain proved to be uncooperative, he ran his snake out 75 feet, reinstalled the toilet and it still wasn’t working properly. He ran back to the shop to get a cutting end for the snake, removed the toilet, and ran the snake out 75 feet again. We suspected that a grandchild had put something in the drain, but nothing ever tangled in the snake’s end. At any rate, Seth was determined to get it working, an charged me what he’d quoted if he only had pulled the toilet once, although he had to pull it twice and reseal it twice. "Contacted Tully's to have a service rep come out to discuss a problem with a heating/cooling issue in one room in our home. On 7/23/2010 Bow from Tully's came out and checked out our issue and discovered the ducting to this room was too small and explained the problem with me. Bow gave me a price to do the upgrade to the proper size ducting as well as adding an additional floor register to this room to correct the problem and I agreed to the price. Bow also discussed with me, via my request, about their yearly maintenance program on the furnace and A/C equipment. I also agreed to that as the price is very reasonable for what they do and peace of mind. Work was performed on the 28th which was very quickly scheduled (thank you Laura from the office) when Bow came back out and replaced the ducting with the larger size and installed the additional floor register. Bow's work is very professional, clean and neat and there was very little in the way of clean up when he finished. Now that room is nice and cool like the rest of our home and I'm sure it will be nice and warm this Winter and we will have no need for the portable heater that we had to use last year in there.
