He is, let’s say passionate about his work, and helping his customers and now friends get what’s we deserve. Our initial quote from the insurance company was to only replace 54 single shingles. Bryan went to bat and took the pictures the adjuster missed, worked up the insurance co. hierarchy , and got approval for the whole roof replacement. The roof looks great and even though some wood needed replaced, it was completed in one day. What really sold us was what he did for my wife’s brother. He is a disabled veteran and had the insurance company only approving 1/4 of his roof. His contractor was not disputing anything. Bryan went and spoke with him, inspected the roof, and was outraged at the little support a veteran was getting.
