Their online tools could use some updating but I got my down payment receipt and document copies all emailed to me which I appreciated. "I called Passey Plumbing Monday and booked an appointment for Wednesday. Tuesday night, Dave called to confirm the job and get more details so he knew specifics of the job. Wednesday morning, Cliff called and said he was on his way, asking for additional details, as the job was a bit tricky to describe (high-rise condo, hard and soft water systems, etc.).
