Wade handled the major scope of work, including installing new terrazzo tile floors, updating two bathrooms, and completely redoing our kitchen with beautiful custom cabinetry. He also tackled important infrastructure upgrades, replacing all of the old galvanized steel plumbing and upgrading the electrical panel. Throughout the project, Wade was an outstanding communicator. Even though we live out of state, he stayed in touch several times a day and was completely comfortable managing the project remotely. "My relative has been living in the same condo for over 50 years and finally agreed to have the junk acquired hauled away. During this process mold was found in a bedroom and kitchen wall. Al, the owner/manager, had given me a reasonable estimate in the beginning, and after finding the mold, another reasonable estimate was given. All work done was professional and on time. One full bath had a new floor installed and a new toilet installed. One bedroom wall needed new baseboard, installation, and painting. that bedroom needed new carpet installed. One kitchen wall was sanded and painted. Whole condo was deep cleaned. All work was excellent."

"Isaac and his team did a wonderful job renovating our old, cave-like shower. The shower pan had leaked and needed be replaced. We then decided we might as well remodel. When Isaac came out to give us an estimate, he had the great idea of opening up the entrance to shower. This worked beautifully! Remodeling is such a messy job. The team took steps to keep the muddle to a minimum. They cleaned up nicely at the end of each day. Cory did a fabulous job installing the tile. He is extremely meticulous making sure everything is perfect. Had some special ideas that made the finished product better than we ever expected. Isaac always kept us kept us informed of each step of the process. He was right on target as to how long the project would take. The entire team was efficient and very personable. We will definitely have them update our other bathroom. We highly recommend Dynamic Plumbing."
