"Gino @ Redline did several repair and upkeep jobs for us, including installing a new kitchen faucet, replacing the ballcock in the toilet tank, installing a new door knob, among other help. He was professional, reliable, courteous, got the jobs done. He even went above and beyond when we had issues with a fridge install (different company): he came back free of charge to help us move our heavy kitchen island to make space for moving the fridge. We offered a tip, but he declined that, too. To top it off, he told us to call him when it's time to move the island back. I highly recommend him. "

"The deck, chandelier, handrail, and UV projects were done in October. The windows required a special order and were installed on two consecutive days in December. Mr. Jackson and his employees did an excellent job. They are efficient and courteous, and left the work areas very clean. Chris is knowledgeable and has a good sense of humor. It is difficult to make a definitive price comparison, as we did not get estimates from other contractors, but we trust Chris—I had hired him for work on a previous house—and feel that his prices were very fair and reasonable. Casement windows are expensive and we expected that; the new ones are excellent. While here to do the windows the guys also moved a heavy chest from the garage up to our second floor, a task we could not have done ourselves. We can highly recommend Chris Jackson’s Contracting. "We've had Mark and his crew replace all of our windows over the past two years. We were so pleased with the first group that we had them replace the rest this year. I researched windows made in the USA and these are even better yet - made in PA. The windows are far superior than others we looked at. They did a fantastic job from the estimate, to the measurements to the install. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. But most of all they were extremely clean and conscientious about tracking dirt onto our new flooring and carpets. They laid drop clothes in every room and took shoes off to do it. They totally cleaned up afterward and took everything. They didn't try to stuff things into our garbage! They do superior work, do not cut corners, and install quality product. We love the new windows and highly recommend Window Perfections to install yours."

"I am very unsatisfied with my experience. I called the office to talk about my projects and get a quote on the jobs that I needed completed. We discussed all three jobs. The office said this would take a day and quoted me a price. They charged me money to hold my appointment date. A month went by, I had to call the office the day before the appointment to make sure that someone was still going to be arriving the next day. The appointment was scheduled to start at 8:00 am. The handyman came to my house at 12:45. He looked at the jobs that were to be completed and said that he could only finish one of them and asked which of the three I would like him to do. He went out to buy materials and returned back to my house sometime around 3:00. He never even fully finished one of the jobs. He left my house at 5:30 and I was charged over $1000. I was also charged for a gallon of paint that he never even used because the job was never completed. I asked if someone would be calling to schedule the work to be finished. He assured me that someone would be calling. No one ever called or returned."

My dental office Signature Smile Designs in both Bradford and Smethport was sorely in need of repainting of ramps and strengthening of those ramps. Darin was respectful and worked ho*** ** that early project. The results were very good. Because of the result, I expanded the entire project especially in Bradford. He has maintained his respect and poise through this challenging renovation of a building built in the 1930’s. He has put in two new bathrooms, a new basement floor, new treatment rooms were updated and much more. He has performed at the highest level! Continuing, he has painted inside, put new cabinets in , and even leveled two very off level floors in two rooms. That project was done with attention to detail and was technically a very difficult task… He got them back to level and we will benefit from his hard work..
