Instead of charging me to put in new rollers on my patio sliding doors, which they could on easily done, they said I only needed the tracks cleaned any oiled. They were very professional and went beyond by showing me how to tell when the rollers would need changed out and how to do it."

"Amazing group of repair professionals. I highly recommend Mr. Handyman Pittsburgh East. The deck on my house needed to be replaced. Rick, the Project Manager, and Todd, Chuck, Shawn and Jack, the service techs who worked on the deck, were excellent, very professional and neat, cleaning up every day. When I started talking with Rick about this project, I thought it wasn't going to possible for me to have everything taken care of in one undertaking. I must admit that cost was the major stumbling block. The deck is large and lumber/material costs took my breath away. "Arrived as scheduled. Asked exactly what we wanted done. Suggested that the grout between bottom tile and kitchen counter be replaced with caulk. He provided the caulk and repaired all cracked grout. Also applied caulk around tub.

"Initially, I was pleased with the work done...the wait was minimal for them to put me on the schedule. The porch was power washed, repaired, resurfaced and sealed exactly as quoted. They cleaned up nicely too. And the results were like a brand new front step without any evidence that repairs were done. I've had a couple of issues since the work has been done...but the company has been very responsive to my issues. This last time the supervisor personally came and fixed the issues himself. Overall, I am pleased with the repairs to my front porch, and know if there are future issues, they will be resolved."
