"Neil came out and gave us an estimate along with recommendations on what shade of white would look nice. The first working day he came out to remove all of the cabinet doors, drawers (36 of them!) and a few shelves and he painted the boxes. He took the doors and drawers home to spray them (he hand-painted the boxes so we didn't have to shut down the room which was nice). while painting the doors he discovered a slight difference in the door paint vs the box paint (he showed me and honestly I would have never known) so he came back out and repainted the boxes. At this time he brought a sample he had done of the cabinet door antiquing detail (he hand-painted some of the grooves) so we could approve that. When he finished the cabinets he even went back and caulked areas and touched up our walls in spots that may have needed it. Even with the paint color issue, all the hand-painted detailing and Christmas coming up, he still finished ahead of schedule and we had a new kitchen for Christmas! He was incredibly professional throughout the process and an easy-going nice guy. It's been 4 months and I still walk into my kitchen and just stare at the cabinets because I love them so much now! I would (and have) highly recommend him to anyone looking to have any painting done!"

"Amazing group of repair professionals. I highly recommend Mr. Handyman Pittsburgh East. The deck on my house needed to be replaced. Rick, the Project Manager, and Todd, Chuck, Shawn and Jack, the service techs who worked on the deck, were excellent, very professional and neat, cleaning up every day. When I started talking with Rick about this project, I thought it wasn't going to possible for me to have everything taken care of in one undertaking. I must admit that cost was the major stumbling block. The deck is large and lumber/material costs took my breath away. But Rick worked with me, adjusting the materials and the design and making suggestions to help me make it happen! The deck was completed yesterday and I couldn't be happier. "The Caridi Painting team were very transparent and communicative at all times, and though it was a large project, took pains to minimize disruption. The work was done professionally, ahead of schedule, and very close to estimate; they were happy to drop scope when some work didn't need to be done on further inspection, and were reasonable about additional things that came up. I have no hesitation recommending Caridi painting for any interior painting work. Though they didn't do any exterior work for me, they will be my first phone call if it comes up."

"Grover and his team showed up and painted all the exterior trim of our one story ranch in two days from red to blue. Overall the job looks pretty good, especially from the street. Up close there are areas that were not prepped as good as I would have expected but they will likely hold up fine to the elements. Repairs to the wood fascia were all done with filler and caulking, even on larger areas. From the ground these look okay and I think will keep water out, but replacement of rotting areas of boards would have been a better fix and I think would have been more more in line with what we paid. The quote had two coats of SW Duration. The paint used, SuperPaint, while good was not what was quoted. There are also a few small spots that I will need to touch up with the left over paint, but that may just be the perfectionist in me. The job did feel a little rushed. While I don't think R&G did a bad job, I would shop around a bit more in the future. Paid 1/3 up front, and the rest after the job. Grover asked if we could pay some with cash, which we did, and the rest with check. The cashed check was not for the correct amount however and I am working with the bank to fix. I will assume this was an honest mistake though."

"Prolific Painting did a wonderful job! They were friendly and respectful of both me and my home. Nate remembered me mentioning during his visit for the estimate that we had just replaced our baseboard so they taped it off even though we were just having the ceilings painted. He just wanted to be extra careful. We have textured ceilings and walls but they were able to keep a perfect cut line so the ceilings look great. Nate also patched a hole in our ceiling from a plumbing leak repair and was able to blend in the texture with the rest of the ceiling. You would never know it was there. Highly recommend them for any paint or plaster repair job. We will definitely use Prolific Painting for all of our future painting.

"The initial bid was both competitive and complete. All questions were answered promptly before work was started. The crew was on time, competent and courteous. The crew chief recorded all color themes during the initial walk-though. There were no issues with moving furniture, removing/replacing blinds or damaging any photos or paintings. The post-painting walk-through was thorough. Work was done ahead of schedule and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend D&D Painting.
