"We recently had Jeff install a new electrical outlet and he was able to squeeze us in right before Christmas even with his busy schedule. In the past we've had him repair siding and do a basement remodel and he's been great with everything. He went out of his way to make sure the siding replacement matched the old color perfectly when it was very difficult to find. I've seen a lot of siding repairs not match the original color so this seems to be uncommon. He transformed our basement from a basically unusable space to what's now probably my favorite room in the house. He's always been a pleasure to deal with, honest about work that needs to be done, and responds very quickly. One of the things I appreciate most is that he'll do a job the way you want it to be done and do it the right way. We've had too many people try to cut corners and tell us how they want things done so it's refreshing to find a professional that will treat you right. Highly recommended!"

"Amazing group of repair professionals. I highly recommend Mr. Handyman Pittsburgh East. The deck on my house needed to be replaced. Rick, the Project Manager, and Todd, Chuck, Shawn and Jack, the service techs who worked on the deck, were excellent, very professional and neat, cleaning up every day. When I started talking with Rick about this project, I thought it wasn't going to possible for me to have everything taken care of in one undertaking. I must admit that cost was the major stumbling block. The deck is large and lumber/material costs took my breath away. But Rick worked with me, adjusting the materials and the design and making suggestions to help me make it happen! The deck was completed yesterday and I couldn't be happier. "Arrived as scheduled. Asked exactly what we wanted done. Suggested that the grout between bottom tile and kitchen counter be replaced with caulk. He provided the caulk and repaired all cracked grout. Also applied caulk around tub.

"Gino @ Redline did several repair and upkeep jobs for us, including installing a new kitchen faucet, replacing the ballcock in the toilet tank, installing a new door knob, among other help. He was professional, reliable, courteous, got the jobs done. He even went above and beyond when we had issues with a fridge install (different company): he came back free of charge to help us move our heavy kitchen island to make space for moving the fridge. We offered a tip, but he declined that, too. To top it off, he told us to call him when it's time to move the island back. I highly recommend him."

"Initially, I was pleased with the work done...the wait was minimal for them to put me on the schedule. The porch was power washed, repaired, resurfaced and sealed exactly as quoted. They cleaned up nicely too. And the results were like a brand new front step without any evidence that repairs were done. I've had a couple of issues since the work has been done...but the company has been very responsive to my issues. This last time the supervisor personally came and fixed the issues himself. Overall, I am pleased with the repairs to my front porch, and know if there are future issues, they will be resolved."

"Mike and Jim were wonderful. Mike handled the interior project and Jim handled the exterior project. Very easy to work with. We had issues with the contract initially and getting the project moving because there was a change in Project management. But Jim the Owner was very generous to make things right once he took over the project. Schedule was done consistently to completion and we had a few cracked tiles after completion and they quickly came back to correct them. No issues now 1 year later. We love all they did. Quality is very good. I would recommend them to anyone now that Jim took over the project management. We purchased the door and tile ourselves so this is not in the cost of service."
