"Their estimate was in the ball park of what I had budgeted. They power washed and cleaned up the entire exterior of the house before painting. They also repaired placed that had wood rot and old non-active termite damage. They did such an awesome job I hired them to do my mom's house in Tahlequah. Professional service and wonderful attitudes. After doing the painting I had them put in 2 new indoor light fixtures and 2 outdoor light fixtures. They also installed a brand new light fixture over my kitchen sink and added the light switch for it. All in all, I was very satisfied. Norman and his crew are my "go to" workers for any type of painting."

"TWater was coming out the bottom of my utility room wall as the clothes washer ran on Sunday. So, I called Mullin Monday morning to schedule a visit. <br /> I was told 1 to 6 window on Monday with 30 minutes to get there to meet the plumber. I work downtown, live in Bixby so a bit stressful, but OK. I will say that Mullin was able to come out Monday wereas other plumbers on Angie's list said a few days, or up to a week from now. The Mullin plumber called at 6:15 and was at my home at 6:30. That kind of bummed me out being so late, but it was in the "window". <br /> The plumber comes out, I told him what was wrong. So he immediately cuts a 3' by 3' square of drywall off the back of the utility room to see the plumbing. I then ran the clothes washer and the problem was the line was clogged as water came out the top of the pipe but you couldn't see it unless the drywall was off. <br /> It's too bad the plumber didn't have me run the washer first to demonstrate before he sawed off the drywall as he may have been able to tell the clog was happening by hearing it, or working with the drain from washer and overflowing as it did. Hello, maybe an expert could diagnose this better than I could have and avoided sawing off the drywall that I now have to fix.It's like he took the easiest approach instead of a more measured one using his "experience". <br /> I thought OK, now run a "snake" through the line and clear it. The plumber said no, <strong>I'm not a drain guy, I'm a repair guy</strong>. So, I pay the $ 104 fee and have to call Mullin for a "drain" guy to come out and spend another $ 104 to clean out the line. That was bad. So now I have to pay another $ 104. Had I used another service, the plumber could have cleared the line after diagnosing the issue. <br /> I called at 7AM on Tuesday morning to set an appointment, two plumbers show up about 9:30AM and do a great job cleaning the utility line and I asked them to clear the shower line as that had a slow drain. They did a great job, charged me $ 146 ( with Angie's list $ 10 coupon ) and went on their way about 90 minutes later. <br /> So, I paid $ 250 to get two lines unclogged and find out I didn't have a more severe plumbing problem. Looking back on it, the "repair" plumber could have performed better and may have been able to not have cut the big hole in the drywall as he did as that's going to be costly to repair or do it myself. I probably spent $ 104 more than I should, because I didn't assume it was just a clogged line. <br /> <strong>Not sure </strong>if I will use Mullin again for they're expensive and I had to make two expensive service calls to get the situation fixed when one should have done it. <br /> <br /> <br />"
