The service man was very experienced and had advanced technology to locate the leak. He ran a sleeve inside the broken pipe and this stopped the leak. The water pressure is good and everything is working properly now. As a result of Tiptons prompt service, my father-in-law had only a short time without water and he was saved from having any water damage to flooring , woodwork or walls. We saved thousands of dollars because the leak was located and fixed without having to jackhammer the slab or tear up flooring and sheetrock. There was a little sheetrock that had to be cut to get to the pipe, but it is a small spot that we easily fixed. We are very pleased and recommend Tiptons. They are very courteous, service oriented and professional. Also, they provide value due to their expertise, experience and equipment, that saves lengthy down time and damage."
