"Very cooperative with the estimate and working with me, however they started the job a day before they told me they were coming and did not inform me they were on site until I got home from work. The foreman on the job was very professional. During the installation, I was told by the foreman I didn't need to watch what he was doing, because he knew how to put in a fence. It is approximately one year after the install and, both large gates need adjustment and haven't worked properly for many months. I have called 3 times over the last 5 weeks and requested a service call, they have not come to do the adjustment and still cannot say when it will be done. Very poor customer service overall."

This weakened and flattened a lot of our existing fence, and we were able to work with this company to install the new fence, passing inspection through the permitting process. The only downfall is not being able to talk to someone anytime we called. The calls always went to voicemail."
