When the repairman arrived and we described what was happening, he immediately dismissed what we were experiencing as "that's how it's supposed to work," did not look at the machine, and still charged us $140 for the service call. Kevin responded promptly to our request for service, accurately diagnosed the problem, ordered the replacement part, and quickly completed the task as soon as the part arrived. Estimates for work are always free of cost, and potential customers will always work with Mark or Lisa directly. Smith Remodeling is licensed and insured for interior renovations including: tile installation, cabinetry installation, carpentry, painting, drywall repairs and installation, door installation, flooring, general repairs. When other services such as plumbing and electrical are required, the proper licensed contractors will perform those services and pull the necessary permits.

I had 7 contractors come to my home and provide estimates to retrofit the master bathroom. To say that their estimates were over the moon is putting it mildly. The owner of Next level Shower and Bath was one of the last contractors to provide an estimate. He arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring. He and I clicked right away. He totally understood what was needed and provided me with many suggestions. I was so impressed with his knowledge of what was needed to make our bathroom usable and comfortable for my husband who prior to the hip surgery, was using a walker and now using a wheelchair.
