We went with the 1yr service because the insects we have sometimes need more than 1 trip to eradicate them, plus the visits were unlimited if we still had the same problem, but don't expect that. Scheduled visits every quarter are what we wanted as we live next to the woods and our back yard is where the woods begin, so we wanted insect protection year round. "

"This one is for the skeptics: During a remodel we discovered that the largest room in our house was completely un-insulated between ceiling and roof. This company said they could blow insulation in from one end of the 20 foot ceiling to the other. I doubted it. I asked them to cut a hole in the center of the room. They began to blow. I still doubted. I climbed the ladder. It looked like a huge amount of insulation but how could I know that the insulation I saw was not just gathering around the hole. The flow didn't seem particularly forceful. I was THAT dreaded customer. I asked our contractor, a neutral third party, to cut holes on each end of the room. Insulation came pouring down on top of him. He was impressed. I was impressed, and totally embarrassed. But very satisfied. The techs, Joe and Jake, were wonderful through the whole ordeal. Very patient, very kind, very understanding. "You wouldn't be the first to doubt that this could be done," Joe said kindly. They were careful, tidy, and 100% professional. The room is very noticeably warmer and quieter. I couldn't recommend them enough. If you're skeptical, don't be. This works, they can do it, and it's 100% worth it."

"I called for an on-going skunk spraying issue at my home.  My call was promptly returned and a site visit was set up.  Len showed up on time, was polite, professional, and knowledgeable.  <br /> He immediately set the traps, showed me how to release them (if  needed to for an errant animal like a <br /> bird).  Though the skunks were never trapped (which he felt they were not living on the property)  , two ground hogs were.  He <br /> immediately took care of the animal removal when I notified him (including on a Sunday).   Over a several week course, Len would follow-up directly with me to see how things were going, move the traps as needed, etc.   If I discovered something or had questions,  I would text this info to him and he would adjust his strategy  of trap placement (including ground hog siting, holes where skunks had been digging for grubs, etc.).  All my questions and texts were always responded to in short time and with detailed explanations .  <br /> In summary, Len was a pleasure to work with and displayed nothing but professionalism and I felt he was well informed and knowledgeable about his approach to addressing my skunk issue.  I would certainly recommend his services for critter control. <br />"
