We were concerned that sanding the textured paint off the walls would create a huge dust mess to clean up however the sander was attached to a large vacuum and the dust issue was 95% mitigated and easily wiped away. Physical install of the pocket door, framing went well and door looks and works perfectly giving privacy to 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and 2nd bath without the original swing door intrusion. Highly recommend Penar Improvements, Also be prepared to discuss the project and requirements with Mr. Penar, he knows his business and will gladly share constructive suggestions on how to complete the job with the best final result."

Chris and Frank knew exactly how to do the job and was very tedious and meticulous on every detail down to making sure the spindles on the railing of the new porch was safe for my little dogs.
