This was a "so called friend" that was supposed to just lengthen my driveway by one car length but ended up tearing up my driveway and backyard and not doing the job I wanted. John was very attentive to my needs and gave me a price to close all of it up except the carpentry part and he could do it all in 2 weeks. His price was extremely reasonable considering the mess I was left with and he started right away. In less than 2 weeks he completed the project and tied my new wall in with the old one perfectly. He even fixed up some of my old wall that had been damaged by the first guy. He communicated with me every day his progress and what he was going to do next which I never got from this "so called friend'. "08-AUG-2025 Issues began immediately after hiring Pro Foundation & Masonry. During the estimate, I told Foreman Bobby there was no mortar in the cinder blocks. He gave a quote that I believed included proper mortar. On Aug-12-2025, I raised the issue again?he said he was ?focused on the damaged area.? When digging, a missing footing section was found, and Bobby quoted $22,500, which I thought was too high. Though he fixed some cracks, major ones in the cellar were ignored. They used the wrong mortar (not S mortar as discussed) and left sloppy drippings inside the wall. I sent photos on Aug-23; Bobby replied on Aug-25 saying the floor was dirt. Promised cleanup on Aug-30 never happened. I followed up repeatedly?no one came. They even left a dangerous cinder remnant that I tripped on. A section of wall was filled with concrete instead of block?looks unprofessional. They say one thing, do another. I?m very unhappy with their work and service. They're gonna fix the two crack on my fieldstone foundation. The manager Rey came and he felt really bad that the foreman left in this way they left it. He was really pretty readsonable."
