He did this by hand cutting down on the dust that would have been kicked up by tools. He was very tidy and thorough. Paying attention to potential lead paint issues and testing before tearing up anything else in the house. He did an excellent job cutting out and replacing framing that had been damaged by carpenter ants and termites minimizing the collateral damage to the walls. I really appreciated his recommendations on other areas that I will need to repair like drywall, plaster and insulation. I will definitely hire Dan again for other work I need done around the house."

The repair was on the north facing side of the house and it was important to have this done before winter. While up on the ladders they also cleaned and repaired a very clogged down spout.
