"I was amazed. We had 10 new windows replaced, and after working a 10 hour day, I was dreading going home & cleaning for the next 10 hours. But when I walked inside my home you didn't even know they were there. everything was placed back to where it belonged, there was no mess to vacuum. There also was no mess outside, my garden was not even touched. The only thing I had to do was wash the windows and hang the curtains. They were very nice & polite, professional men who installed the windows. The windows themselves are 100% perfect. We could not be happier and could kick ourselves for not doing it sooner. "He was on-time, but was frustrated that there was no parking due to all the snow.  He was going to cancel, but we were able to find him a spot.  Initially he seemed a little annoyed with the circumstances, but ended up being really nice and helpful.  He had never installed a microwave before, so he was going through the directions along with me, but we got it up.  He patched up a hole we had, then a few shelves.  We ended up getting along really well, and he was kind enough to split his time within two visits, since we didn't have one of the items that we initially thought we would have. 
Overall it was a really good experience.  It was a rocky start, but after we got over the parking situation, he was professional, and really helpful with everything we needed from his end.
