"Rick, Luis and the whole team are amazing! My husband and I refinanced our house so we could remodel our *very* outdated bathroom (original from when it was built in the 1980s). They came out and gave a quick appraisal/quote, which we were happy with, and were ready to work right away! One bit of advice, be ready to get the work started! My husband and I were a mix of being slow in picking our new fixtures and stores not having what we wanted in stock. We definitely had to get our butts in gear! "I needed a hole cut in the first floor ceiling of my home to expose slight leaky plumbing on the top floor. Benjamin Reid came out on a Saturday and did the work quickly and at a great rate. When I completed the plumbing work his associate returned to patch up the hole. The result was terrific. He matched the texture of the existing drywall perfectly. He's a Michelangelo of drywall ceiling work. I will definitely use Reid Construction again.     <br />"

And added an additional bedroom and 1/2 bath. They put in French doors in the existing master bedroom and also in the new master suite. Because of 2020 and Covid 19, there were a couple of little problems, but Cal made sure to let me know what was happening every step of the way."

"We decided to have our master bathroom remodeled to make it safer after a slip and fall injury occurred while stepping out of our large tub/shower combo. We interviewed several companies and chose America’s Dream Homeworks because we were impressed with what our salesman, Neil, had to offer and the recommendations he made. We enjoyed our visit to the show room, and we were also very pleased with the quality of the products they use. The company was flexible in rescheduling our start date to accommodate my trip to Canada. We have nothing but the highest praise for Viktor Tyukayev who did most of the work himself: demolition down to the subfloor and studs, dry rot repair, installation of sheet rock, tape, texture and paint. He removed our outdated fluorescent ceiling light box and soffit and replaced them with LED recessed can lights. Viktor oversaw and coordinated the work of the countertop, shower surround, and glass door installation teams. He is tireless, meticulous, very hardworking, and detail oriented. Viktor kept the worksite very clean and he communicated very well with the city inspector. We also had very positive interactions with Julie Tumanova. She helped us with our products and she was always so responsive and gracious. She is very much suited to her position. Our master bathroom is absolutely beautiful and safe. America’s Dream Homeworks very much exceeded our expectations in every way!"
