"One window had bad wood around the frame. When we mentioned it to the contractor it wasn't addressed, and they installed the new window anyway. In Addition, on the same window the lower left corner of the window frame is loose and needs nailed back in."

"We had Mike install 2 closet doors. He showed up with a big dog that he allowed into my home after we just redid our floors. When my Wife showed up to the house she had to ask to come in because of the big intimidating dog. He was condescending and continuously mansplained things to her. Lastly, he scratched our new floors then tried to deny it. We withheld his final payment for a few days until the scratch was fixed (by him). If thats not enough, he attempted to get a lien put on our home that we are trying to sell, saying we didn?t pay him. (We did and had the receipt to prove it) With all the other choices out there, I?d skip this guy."

He spent time with us, accurately described the entire installation process with us and exhibited willingness and patience to hear and understand what we were looking for in the new windows. The American Home Renewal contract was clear, concise and straight forward. The 3 day installation process was fluid and fairly quiet and we were able to work from home. It had a minimal impact on our lives.
