"E.T.C pressure washing did a phenomenal job on my property! My fence and walkways haven't looked this good in many years. They were so easy to work with and so professional! They showed up on time and worked efficiently until the job was done. They also took good care to protect what wasn't being pressure washed. I found out about them online. Recommend them to anyone reading this!"

"The owner Francisco is very professional. He showed up on time, answered the phone , listened & addressed our concerns. The house was powerwashed , primed , painted with 2 coats of paint ( rain off) that I selected. They finished in 6 days. We have neighbors and had to access their property. Francisco handle issues with the property manager , providing insurance, license, workers comp documents. A tenant had additional concerns that he resolved within a day. The painters worked hard everyday , priming doing caulking & repair work, especially at the top of the building. They were always polite and pleasant to work with. Super nice guys. The price was reasonable and I am very pleased with the service and work."

"I hired pure power wash to clean up my place. They took care of my solar on my roof, my driveway, and the concrete on the sides of my house and my backyard. Very professional service!"

"Platinum Painting was everything you want in a contractor. Excellent work, very competitive pricing, on time, and went over the top to make sure everything (deck repair, painting) was done perfectly. We will definitely be using them again."

"Jonathan was very nice and accommodating. We had him power wash our porch and super clean the house interior for sale, with a little bit of spot cleaning thrown in. His prices were very fair. They did a good job, though they did miss a few spots here and there with the cleaning. They were very pleasant to work with."

"Armando was very professional and did a great job, we were very happy!"

"I called just for some moss removal- I schudled Michael for a 1 pm appointment and he was in my driveway at 12:50. I already liked how punctual he was. So he then went up the ladder and showed me that some of my plywood was rotten , so he gave me a price and had my whole roof redone - great work"

"Highly recommend! Very professional and reliable."
