"Jose installed and finished Drywall in our 1500 Sqft basement. After agreeing to use Jose, I added some details that made the job more challenging ( along with assurances I would pay for additional time) and Jose didn't flinch. On the front end of his project, he helped install special sound isolation clips and hat channel furring for the ceiling. After that, I specified a 2nd layer of 5/8" drywall with green glue and sound caulking. And then the same on the wall adjacent to the stairwell. Then I asked him to prime all the new drywall.. Finally I asked him to lay ceramic tile in the bath ( asked on Thursday, done on Sat). He just rolled with it all and him and his team did all very well. I'm sure he was ready to be done with me and my BS additions and I'm sure there were customer waiting for him to get to their jobs, but I am thankful I hire him."

Another company redid my floors, but they messed up lifting the ceramic tiles, which damaged the concrete. This made the wood floor uneven. The company refused to fix it by leveling the concrete. So, I got referred to RO construction, and they pulled up the floors, leveled the concrete, and put everything back. I was totally satisfied."

My wife and I had used CCCM before for a much smaller outdoor project and we were impressed by how meticulous and thorough their approach was and how great the results. For this much larger project they did not disappoint. While this was mostly a kitchen remodel, the project covered two other connected spaces involving the removal of walls and dealing with a previous poorly constructed addition (our house was built in the 1950's). I once again marveled at how detail oriented they were from proposal to the finish line. The company has a background and experience with commercial properties while moving into the residential remodel arena which translates into they've seen it all. They don't have a showroom but work with a number of local suppliers and sales personnel while passing on their lower expenses and worked out prices to you. Having said that, they were not the cheapest option (or the most expensive) nor should they be. They were clearly the best value among the bids we solicited and with skilled tradesman in short supply these days we were more than willing to wait for them to become available. They have made it clear even after the project is now complete that they stand behind their work and we should never hesitate if we find anything unsatisfactory to call them and they will respond quickly. You get what you pay for these days and with this company you are clearly getting one of the best."
