"The Surface Doctors treated my shower and tub in 2020. They were prompt, polite, and the cost and process was exactly as described. Recently, I noticed a chip in the tub floor, probably from a dropped bottle, and that in some spots the caulk had separated. So I contacted them again to schedule a time to repair it. Again, our technician Jorge, the same person who did the original work, was right on time, exceptionally polite, and completed the work efficiently. In fact, he was done in about 30 minutes. "Aron did a great job. He stripped the tub and put bondo on the bad spots. All of the grout joints were re-grouted due to some having some slight cracks. This all cost a little more but well worth it. I wish he would have come out to look rather than doing a phone quote. The final product, the tub and wall tiles all look fantastic. What a difference in the room. Make sure the house is well ventilated. The product really smells. Overall, it was a great experience. Let's see how it holds up. I would recommend Aron for this job. I would hire him again. Happy to have this done."

"The initial deal included non-skid surface. The provider really pressed the idea of not doing the non-skid. I felt very pressured to make a decision on the spot. He should have mentioned this when we spoke on the phone before the work started. Initially the finish looked pretty good. It has been 6 months and there a few chips on the surface and I didn't even drop anything more than a plastic bottle in the tub.

"Great experience overall. Originally hired this firm just to refinish a bathtub although I had many other repairs to do. While assessing the bathtub job, Matt offered, for a very fair price, to replace the tub faucets and new vanity that I had purchased . He also found where water had gotten into the wall behind the tub faucet and made the wall soggy. He was able to remove the tile, repair the wall, and replace the tile, without additional charge. After beautifully finishing the bathroom, I asked Matt to quote on removing a kitchen cabinet and repairing and painting the drywall around it. He did a fabulous job, again for a great price. Then I asked him to paint the garage door and porch ceiling. All the work has been done well. I use this firm repeatedly because of the work quality and price."
