When we called and requested an estimate, our call was returned promptly by James and an onsite inspection was completed within a few days. His estimate beat all others, was accepted and installation scheduled within a few weeks. On installation, day, the crew of 2 arrived promptly on time completing the removal of the old door and install of the new one as quietly as possible and much quicker than we had imagined without leaving a trace of their work. "Recently we hired Ardmore to replace the glass in 2 of our skylights and install a new storm door. Other than rain delays the skylights were installed in less than 2 hours as Ardmore sent 2 crews for the installation. They even came inside to vacuum any debris that might have fallen into the house during the installation. (5 out of 5). The installation of the storm doors was different. It took over 10 hours for 2 men to finish the installation which I felt was excessive and felt they didn't do the installation correctly. The difference between a good company and a better company is how well they fix a problem and to this point they are doing a better job. When I called to complain the scheduler immediately suggested they send out someone to inspect the work and within 3 days someone came out and fixed 2 out of the 3 problems and said someone would be calling me and ordering a replacement part to fix the 3rd problem"

Additionally had some vent covers that wouldn’t screw in left from the previous homeowner. Garcia’s repairs got it all done for me like never even happened. Got the paint matched at Sherwin-Williams Paint Store in Oak Forest. Can’t tell the difference whatsoever of this wall and surrounding walls, looks identical. Highly recommend Sherwin-Williams emerald paint. There was no smell whatsoever from it and the quality is fabulous. So pleased with all the work they did today and I definitely will be hiring them again for future projects. They cleaned up very well before leaving as well. Thank you guys so much for everything. "

"Kelly replaced a service door for us which also had rotted wood on the exterior brick moulding. We asked for a quote with multiple options - with clear glass on the door on which he mentioned he could install our existing blinds, with blinds in between the glass, and with wood brick moulding or PVC brick moulding (which would be maintenance free). Kelly was very easy to work with - he came out himself both for measuring and providing the quote and for the installation. I had some issues with figuring out the deadbolt on the handle after he had left, and he said he could come back for that.. All in all a very smooth experience working with Kelly. "
