He educated us on numerous options, gave us several reference homes to visit and a provided a competitive quote. The workmanship and attention to detail were second to none. The crew took care of the snags they ran into along the way and were very cooperative with my special requests. That being said, however, the execution was problematic. The job started much later than expected and took over 3 times as long to complete as forecast. There were weather delays and personnel issues and perhaps other issues unknown to us.
