Jeremy and his crew provided many helpful details about the project from start to finish and was quick to let us know if any issues arose. When they had to make any adjustments they explained the reasons and were very patient in answering all of our questions and since this was our very first kitchen remodel we had a lot of questions. The project was completed on time and stayed within the very fair competitive estimate he gave us in the beginning, and we could not be happier with the gorgeous finished product. "??HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ???? When he came to the house he asked where the outlet was on the outside and I told him at the front of the house. When he got done he hung the lights with the male portion of the lights on the opposite end and the female to where the outlet was at the front. So there is was no way to connect the lights to the outlet outside in front of house. He decided to run extensions from that end through the garage. It would have taken 3 extension cords. We would be driving over the extension cords. I called him and told him it was not safe because we were driving over cords. He said he would come out that day and did not . Called back the next day said he would call me back. He did not Called back 4days later. He said he would come out but would have to charge me $50. I said no because you hung them the wrong way. He got rude and loud and said disrespected things about my husband. When I addressed him being disrespectful. He then said he is not coming out. And hung up!"

They took out damaged drywall from two rooms that was caused by seasonal shifting in my home's structure, installed new insulation, replaced the drywall with expansion joints, and painted the three walls that had been damaged. They took great care to contain the dust from sanding the drywall joint compound and did a thorough cleanup. They arrived on time, kept me informed, and did what they said they were going to do in the time estimated to complete the project. Superb customer relations...and they did all that at a cost less than others estimated that it would cost. It's good to know that there are still companies out there that take pride in their work and make positive customer relations and satisfaction core values."
