"Above ground pool was opened.  They took the cover off, folded it up and placed it by my shed, filled the pool with water and treated it with chemicals.  However...they did not fill the pool enough to run the filter, did not put in the stairs or check to see if my heater was in working order as requested over the phone.  I was not notified in any way about the status of my pool heater.  No report or bill of service was given.  They charged the wrong credit card and left their tools on my deck.  Also, not very customer service friendly over the phone.  They seem almost "bothered" when I called to request their service.  Needless to say, I will not be using them again. <br />"
