"The plumber was very nice. The job, while not technically involved, was just "pain in the butt" hard. I'm glad the plumber was not easily deterred, because to my relief, he stuck with it until he finally fixed the issue. I was kinda surprised. If he wants it...I have more work for him!"

"Contacted Four Seasons to rod my sewer drain. They came out and stated that they would need to come back the next day with the rod and camera water jet to see what is clogging the line. In order to lock in the amount of almost $1500 and the time of 8am-1pm, I will need to make a down payment of half. I did half. The next day a guy from the company came with only the rod.and when I questioned him about the camera, he ignored me and continued his conversations via phone with others. Later he tells me after I asked again about the camera that I owed the other half $750. I did not pay and informed him that I didn?t get the services that I had made a deposit for in the beginning. He then started that the guys are busy and will be out on Monday 1/12/2026. He stated he went 55ft with rodding. No one came on 1/12/2026. On 1/12/2026 and 1/13/2026 I spoke to 3 managers and a supervisor?Brian, Jenny, and another person who didn?t know Jenny or Bryan and I was told that the rodding was $740 and"

I say appear on the first claim because the grout they used is not holding and I have areas in the floor that a couple of months the grout is cracking and coming out. On the second repair - it has been almost a year and after providing a 50% down payment the work has still not been completed. The workers cut corners and wanted to charge me additional for painting rooms that were included in the claim. They left a majority of my furniture in the garage and wall fixture's off. When the baseboard was broken and asked to be replaced they tried to fix it instead of filing a supplemental claim with the insurance company. When I no longer could afford time away from work and asked to correct the issues from the first claim (grout) I was ghosted. DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you are paying out of pocket and are ok with"
