I called on a Tuesday and was given an up front estimate for services. Jim came out the same morning. The skunk kept burrowing holes away from the trap and Jim came out to help fill the holes and move the trap, trying to anticipate where the skunk would come up. The morning after the readjustment, we had a skunk. I called in and the animal was removed shortly after. They re-set the trap to see if any other skunks were present, but there was no further activity. We were only charged for the initial trap set-up and for the animal removal but not for filling the holes or moving the trap; there were no hidden charges. Overall, very cost effective, and I am very satisfied with the service provided."
